VoicePay is a subsidiary of Voice Commerce Ltd and part of a regulated financial services group, which invented the use of voice signature technology for the payments and financial services industries.

Since 1994 our management team have been involved in, and often lead the innovation and development of many of the concepts and standards used in Internet and electronic payments. In particular they were the first group in the world to guarantee Internet Payments against fraud and repudiation.

Since 2003 the team have undertaken significant research and development in what we believe will be the next generation of payments and authentication networks and firmly believe that the use of voice signatures will become common place.

Our view is based on the fact that voice signatures deliver three key, practical operational criteria in enabling transactional security, identity management and authenticating processes:

• They require no end user software or bespoke hardware to operate
• They are completely mobile, can operate in virtually any environment and location
• They mirror exactly the natural process of trust that we already use today whether we are making a payment or establishing a position of trust
