When we answer a VoicePay Mobile call and the caller’s identity has been initially verified they are asked to enter the unique VoicePay Mobile product ID using their phone keypad. This tells VoicePay which product or service that they want to buy. The code also includes a check digit, to ensure validation and correct product identification. We then repeat back to the customer the details and cost of the product in the currency of their VoicePay account before asking them to ‘voicesign’ the transaction. Details of the confirmed order are then communicated back to the retailer via a secure internet callback mechanism. Confirmed orders can also be viewed in realtime via the VoicePay business administration system.
