VoicePay uses unique patented technology to verify your identity by comparing unique characteristics of your voice to those stored in your VoicePay voice signature and other information gained at the time a transaction occurs. We always verify your identity using your voice signature before any transaction takes place and you do not need to remember PINS or Passwords.
