VoicePay Account
The VoicePay account is a consumer service that allows individuals to open an account and register credit and debit cards against that account. When a VoicePay accountholder shops online or using their mobile phone they are able to purchase products from a balance in their VoicePay account. A unique feature of the VoicePay account is the ability to authenticate transactions using voice signatures. Since all of our voices are unique this makes shopping with VoicePay completely secure.
To open a VoicePay account just click on the Individual Signup button on our site. You will then be prompted to enter some basic details about yourself as well as your mobile phone number. After you have completed this process you will receive a call from VoicePay to enroll your voice. You will be asked to repeat a series of phrases a number of times so that we can analyze the unique characteristics of your voice and create your voiceprint. This process takes about 3 minutes to complete.
Once your voiceprint has been created you can log into your VoicePay account and securely enter the account details of the credit and debit cards that you wish VoicePay to deduct funds from for your purchases. Now you are ready to start shopping with VoicePay!
Whenever you see VoicePay as a payment checkout option online you can pay from your VoicePay account. When you confirm a transaction you will receive a call from VoicePay on your registered mobile phone and you will be asked to say a phrase. The unique characteristics of your voice will then be matched against your stored voiceprint and if your voice is matched successfully we confirm the transaction and notify the retailer. We target successful voice matches 99.6% of the time.
