A consumer can order any product with a VoicePay product ID simply by calling into the national VoicePay freephone or local dial response number. When we answer a VoicePay Mobile call and the caller’s identity has been verified the consumer is asked to enter the unique VoicePay Mobile product ID using their mobile phone keypad. This confirms to VoicePay which product or service the consumer has purchased . We then confirm the cost of the product in the currency of the consumers VoicePay account before asking them to ‘voicesign’ the transaction. Details of the confirmed order are then communicated back to the retailer via a secure internet callback mechanism. The consumer will receive a receipt of their order via text message.
