Opening your VoicePay account is just like opening a bank account. During the account opening process you will be asked to enter your personal details as well as your mobile phone number. You will then receive a telephone call from us where we will ask you to listen and then repeat a series of phrases a number of times. This enables us to monitor the movement of your voice and create your unique voice signature. The process only takes about 5 minutes to complete.
Once you have opened your VoicePay account you should look out for the VoicePay logo as a payment option online or in a retail location. When you are shopping on-line VoicePay is the safest way to pay.
VoicePay, we confirm your transaction, the amount you are spending and ask you to sign, and no personal information is ever sent over the Internet or disclosed during a VoicePay authorisation phone call.
